Return and Exchange Policy:

A refund or exchange will be provided only if the following conditions are met:

  • Buyer must notify RedMoonStudioArt of the intent to return or exchange within (3) business days of receipt of the item (based on the carrier delivered date).

  • Item(s) must be in the same condition as when shipped.

  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

  • Item must be safely packaged for the return process.

  • A tracking number must be supplied by the buyer, once the item has been dropped off/picked up by the carrier for return shipping.

  • Customized or commissioned items are not returnable. Customized is defined as an item that has been requested in any specific color, format, shape or size which differs in any way from the original listing. Commissioned is defined as an item that has been created specifically for the buyer and approved by the buyer, prior to shipping.

Refunds:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • For items that include shipping in the price, refunds will not include any shipping charges incurred by RedMoonStudioArt for shipping of the piece(s) to the buyer. Shipping costs for getting orders to the buyer will be deducted from the final refund amount, even if the cost of shipping was included in the final cost of the order (example: buyer pays $500 for an order with shipping included in the price, RedMoonStudio pays $50.00 to ship the piece, should buyer return the piece, the $50.00 paid by RedMoonStudioArt for shipping the item will be deducted from the final refund issues to the buyer, once the returned item(s) are received).

  • Refunds are issued within (3) business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Shipping Policy:

All pieces are securely packed for transport. Shipping is not included in prices, unless otherwise noted.

Standard shipping consists of FedEx Ground (or Home) delivery or USPS and can take 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Express or Overnight Shipping:

Damaged Items Due to Shipping:

All pieces are shipped insured in the amount of the order.

If an item arrives damaged, due to shipping, the buyer should initiate a claim with the carrier. RedMoonStudioArt is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or delivery or any delays while the piece(s) are under possession of the shipping carrier.
